The Elegant Solution

An elegant solution is one in which the optimal outcome is achieved with the minimal expenditure of effort and expense.

Any community has a bedrock that can achieve delegating the progress responsiblity among the whole community. our main problem is that we do nt have that bedrock and even if we have it , we can not admit they are existed.
So the following is qouted from The Elegant Solution "Toyota's way in achieving progress"

Toyota has a market value worth nearly as much as all the other carmakers combined.
The most challenging games have the fewest rules, as do the most dynamic organizations.

it’s not about the cars. It’s about ideas.

Like a number of other market leaders, Toyota recognizes that companywide innovation is a matter of assembling a group of talented people in an environment where innovation is required by everyone at every level. To create that environment, Toyota employs systems and structures that neutralize the typical barriers to ingenuity and release individuals to realize significance through their work.

Good enough never is. When an entire
organization thinks like that, it becomes unstoppable.

Elegant solutions embrace an overarching philosophy of doing far more with much less.

Voltaire (1694-1778)

French philosopher and writer who was the leading literary figure of the Enlightenment. He had one of the sharpest wits of modern times. His Lettres Philosophiques (Philosophical Letters), a product of his visit to England, were critical of French society and provided an introduction to Newton for many Frenchmen. He also had one of his mistresses, the marquise Gabrielle du Châtelet, translate the Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica into French. After Voltaire's death, it was no longer possible to study all disciplines of science as a part of a humanistic education. Thus, the Age of Reason died with Voltaire and the age of specialized science replaced it.

Automation Engineering

It has become difficult to imagine life without automation engineering. That does not only concern the industrial production but also areas where it is normally not expected. For example within trade, environmental protection and engineering, traffic engineering, agriculture, building engineering, and medical engineering. Automation engineering is a cross-section discipline that requires proportional knowledge in hardware and software development and their applications. In the past automation engineering was mainly understood as control engineering. This picture has changed since the onset of computer engineering. Today an automation engineer must combine the knowledge of a computer scientist, a hardware developer, a control engineer, a motive power engineer, and a communication engineer. An automation engineer can experience an immediate sense of achievement by leading and working from the production to the realization of complex tasks. Almost no other career is as versatile as the automation engineer. It is innovative, CREATIVITY- ORIENTED.

PMP-2

What is PM?
It is the application of using skills and mothodsto deliver project on time, on budget, and to specification.

Project is:
A temporary entity that has a defined purpose that must be achieved in a specific time via human and other resources.

What do we need to make a successful project?
  1. Proper and well-defined Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Human Resource which makes the complete project picture.
  2. Sponsor: authority, support and power with a will to succeed.
  3. Budget: money, money, money!!!
  4. Approval: documents should be all in accepted agreement.

PMP-1

I will present some summarizing notes about Project Management Profissional through studying PMP materials, hope it will help to get some synopsis about PMP;

1stly we should define some basic abrreviations:
  • PMP: Project Management Profissional, a certificate from PMI
  • PMI: Project Management Inistiute, a non-profit community of highly-qualified volunteers in mangement
  • PMBOK: Project Management Body Of Knowledge, a standard by PMI to set proper specifications for Project Management.

Nanotechnology

Nanotechnology is the ability to develop and control at the molecular level.
Within the near future, machines will get increasingly smaller; so small that thousands of these tiny machines would fit into the period at the end of this sentence. Within a few decades, we will use these nanomachines to manufacture consumer goods at the molecular level, piecing together one atom or molecule at a time to make baseballs, telephones and cars. This is the goal of nanotechnology. As televisions, airplanes and computers revolutionized the world in the last century, scientists claim that nanotechnology will have an even more profound effect on the next century.
Nanotechnology is an umbrella term that covers many areas of research dealing with objects that are measured in nanometers. A nanometer (nm) is a billionth of a meter, or a millionth of a millimeter.

would you be a Nanotechnology initiative?!!

Levels of Abstraction

It is obvious to say that what we have reached in nowadays current technologies is MYSTERIOUS to most of people. as we do not detailed information about sth specific i.e the display screen " It is just a glass with metal cover and some electronics inside"; The human knowledge dpenends in knowledgable teamworks generally; the more you spread the info, the more ideas and innovativity you can get.
Back to our topic, the less details means the higher level of abstraction, and the opposite is absolutely right. For example, majority of computer programers are using OOP wich hides low level code, store in a module, and finally show it as standard template or object, therfore those programmers do not know what these objects contain but they are using it i.e how to input a word in Assembly compared to C and then to VB.
From all above we can conclude that the higher level of abstraction "less details", the more development we have and by this way everything in the world become a template and any new template comes from an old one with felxibilty. Hence the creativity is to use it profissionally... .
However evey continous curve has a break point, High level of abstraction is going to be old-fashion; The world is moving to the nano technology, would be explained later, which would replace all concurrent technologies into anew way and style; it looks for absolute details in nano scale, the lowest level of abstraction they could get.DONE
